Does anybody what the best way is to get from Dumaguete to Lilo-an?

Travel time road and ferry? Cost?

if you mean lilo-an in cebu, the cost by ferry is not even one dollar or about 34 pesos. roughly 0.80 USD from dumaguete (sibulan)

Do you know how long he trip is? ferry? Bus or taxi to the ferry from dumaguete?

if you take the ferry, its about 30 minutes. there are three docks you can take the ferry from. one is in amlan. one is in maayo shipping also in amlan. and one is in sibulan. the fourth one is in dumaguete harbor area. all takes about the same time. maayo shipping is probably the cheapest, you can take vehicles to and from dumaguete thorugh this route. each person pays about 15 pesos or 40 cents.

yes. only from dumaguete port as far as i know. i believe there is a boat that takes you to bohol from dumaguete via cebu. fare should be around 6 USD
