    Hello,

this is the pricelist from last year. I was there for 3 days. Ok rooms. I think a bit expensiv but I still enjoid the place. It is easy to go to Dumaguete. Some rooms need renovation and the aircon were very loud.

yeah, sta monica...we used to go there during college days to just have quiet moments away from the city, and even before we felt that the place is a bit expensive...but the place and the solitude was worth it. the last time we were there was 5 years ago when we had a family dinner held there...in one of those cottages. Try the Southsea's in Bantayan too. Smaller than Sta Monica, but rooms and services are as good.

    Sta. Monica rates are reasonable

Not bad room rates for a beach resort that's very close to the heart of Dumaguete, I should say. Try the pricey resorts in Dauin town, about 20 minutes drive from the city!!! Then, you can't complain of staying in Sta. Monica. I love the seafood bar at Sta. Monica and it's a regular fare for me and my hubby. Have to admit, though, that sometimes it takes forever for your food to get to your table, if you go there on a full house. Nevertheless, I would still give my thumbs up for Sta. Monica.
