thank you tfa1957, I was born north of these Island negros oriental I was browsing and found lots of interesting stuff in here very informative so I registered we might just be neighborhood you know.

It's been more than 3 years now living here, we rent in Banilad dumaguete for a year then bought a property in sibulan. My husband like it here in negros...slow pace when we arrive at that time and not much tricycle that is bigger than the car. dumaguete is more peaceful and safe compare to other place...like rally or riots...you know crimes is everywhere but if you compare it with other you can certainly enjoy here in Dumaguete with family..

we found a church that welcome us. I live in manila for 7 years studied in manila after graduating High school in negros. My mother and sister is in manila also live in nueva ecija in my relatives but never learned any ilokano dialect. Came back because manila so crowded and much pollution not good for people with asthma allergy...so we came back here.

Welcome Pinoy Ako...Would be interested to hear why you decided on Sibulan as the place to live in Negros and any photos of your surroundings would give people like myself (who are yet to visit Duma) some insight as to where to visit on our arrival.....Salamat JB
