    dysmenorrhea

    Hi there Pinoy Ako!

i care about you and what i could suggest is that you go have yourself checked by an OB Gyne.

    why?

well, my mom had dysmenorrhea since her period started, even after she got married and got 3 kids. going back her teenage years, she would spend days in bed because of too much abdomenal pain (sometimes associated with fever). then come early 2005, we found out she had myoma. and her doctor said that those ladies who usually experience dysmenorrhea get that. BUT EARLY DETECTION is ALWAYS BEST.

im just thankful though that i have not inherited this from her, but i do visit my OB for the annual PAP just to be sure. because truth is, if untreated or if the mass gets bigger, this could go to Pelvic cancer and that will be more difficult to deal with.

this is my advice and you can visit Holy Child Hospital or SUMC for that..

    take care..

you're welcome! but your case may be different so it will be best to just see a doctor. for all we know, she can just give you some hormonal pills

    take care!

    HI Pinoy ako,
I would love to meet up with you when I get there April 18 . I help people have better health thru balanced nutrition . Medication will only band aid the symptoms ....the body is out of balance and you can have a happy family and husband again when these times happen monthly . I ahve been helping people now for the past 7 yrs . I , too had PMS ....now I no longer deal with cramping , bloating issues .
    happy again azmaria
do you live in Dumaguete ?
