    Hi, I am Thierry. First time poster on this forum but not new in reading messages.

    I am looking for a bar-restaurant for sale-lease in Dumaguete or a business space or lot downtown to transform to a restaurant. If anyone knows something, please let me know.

    Hi Thierry,
    welcome to DI. What capacity are you thinking about?
    Does it has to be real central, or dirctly on th boulevard? What are your plans. Foreigner, locals or a mixture?

    Thanks Rhoody for your quick reply. I prefer the boulevard or on walking distance from there. It don't have to be real big, about 10 tables inside and 10 tables outside (terrace is very important for me). It will be a meetingpoint for locals and foreigners with live music every night and mixed food.

    Live-music at the Boulevard area is a problem at present. Just heard yesterday that the City-Government does not allow Live-music at certain places anymore (on of it is a great hang-out for locals and me occationally)

    Interested in a KTV karaoke bar?

    Hello Theirry, there is a KTV karaoke bar business for sale; would you be interested? It is in the dumaguete area and accessible on the highway...

    boulevard real estate is scarce and goes at a premium, in other words, highly competitive, unless you do not care about profit making. Very difficult here if no one has advised you same. If you plan on making Euro profit, no, Peso profit, is possible.
    There is always the old Devlin property, but if you believe in jinx's stay away from that one. I have no real info, kind of a joke at the expense of the old lessor.

    So is this rumour Rhoody, or do you have specific info? That would be too bad for the Boulevard, one less good thing to do there.
