I have been reading most threads on this forum about the topic but I feel like i havent got the answes needed so I hope you can help me I am a 23 year old European that have been living here for 1.5 years now and I want to start a business here But I dont want to get married so what other ways are there for me?
i am in a similar situation hi the over bureaucratic work involved in setting up a business really requires paying someone else to deal with all the tedium if anyone could give information/reviews about professional services such as lawyers and accountants/bookkeepers along with costs. that would be very useful thanks barry

The location will be in Manila, Makati.. I posted on this forum since i have been reading here for a while and know there are some great knowledge here
make it simple, you can't open a business as a foreigner on your name... that is the law. There are options, but it will NEVER be on your private name as a foreigner, specially not with the polecap melting idea of a restaurant... maybe sounds hard, but thats the reality
Mugs game mate unless you really know what you are doing and have a partner you trust 110. most buisinesses go t*ts up let alone in the phils wher you have no rights only suggestion is to find a place that is just starting off with tourism and be one of the first to set up a bar or restaurant
