Am glad about that foxy. Am just an outspoken person to the point of harming myself sometimes and making enemies. But I always want the truth, and generally I am positive minded and pro-development in an environmental sense. Yes I know you personally madam foxy.

What I would like to know are the reasons for the delay of our mall. I don't want any delay to happen any longer because most people here deserve a nice shopping center.

I understand your point. Who would want delays? Every delay in a construction time table equals loss in xxx amount, both for the developer and the contractor. But there are factors beyond control that can cause time table delays.

I can arrange, as I said earlier, for one or two officers of the current contractor to be with me to answer questions relative to the ongoing construction - on the contractor's point of view only, and not on the developer's POV.
