Would it be possible to share/post all the things you talked about in the meeting here in the forum?

 

we cant post everything we will talk about on that meeting. DI is not a adult-board.. hehe

everybody here can join the meeting. We are planning it on 17th of May at 6 pm. It will not be a highly official thing. It will be a nice "come-together" some good talks and some cold drinks.
The location is not finalized yet.

of course...hopefully you could post some information regarding construction delays, timetable, etc. i think most of us here (including me) are very hungry with information about the mall...

 

Probably won't make the meeting, but Why not let us post questions here to be addressed by attending menbers. Here are mine;

• Has the water run off been calculated,Roofs, parking lots, etc. and how will it be dealt with?
• Where will all the sewage and waste water go?
• Is there a plan to handle traffic congestion?
• How will local services as in police, fire, emergency be brought up to speed?
• will tricycles be prohibited on site?
• what geographic area will be targeted for potential clients, 50K-100K etc.

I worked for a short time as a sub contractor to one of the largest mall developers in the Eastern U.S. I know how it works there, and i know what the demographics are for a large mall. Very curious as to how they plan to meet similar goals here.

foxy: will there be a BPO center for this mall? I've heard a lot about Teletech or Convergys occupying some portions of the mall, but which is which? Personally, I'd like to see Accenture occupying some portions of our mall, as they do in Pioneer.

 

i'm still hoping foxylady...i know that it's a very interesting meeting ever of DI members because of this very controversial RM, and also meeting you and some other members.

for that question, i will have to ask my RLC leasing network. the questions that should be asked to the freyssinet officers who will be with me during the meeting should only focus on the contractor's side, and not on the developer's (RLC) side, for obvious reasons.

same here...would love to meet you, my friend rhoody, the very interesting yabs, my friend echir (RG) and the rest of the DI guys. this will be the first time that i will be attending a DI meeting and meeting the members. Rhoody says the DI meetings are fun, and i am truly looking forward to it.
