⌛ Beachfront properties around Dumaguete

I'm planning of semi-retiring in Dumaguete and I have been looking around the internet for a beachfront property. I would prefer a beach lot with a minimum of 2500 sq.meters with a clean title. Since we don't have established real estate companies there like Century 21, it's kinda' hard to look for one. There's a website that has good info. on islandproperties for sale but you just can't contact them from the numbers that they listed.

Maybe anybody here knows some properties as that's how we transfer information around there - by word of mouth.

Beachfront land On Dumaguete

Require a breeze; it is a must. I noticed Dumaguete city has a nice breeze.

Ownership will be through my filipina wife. Clean title a must

But I prefer beach front with a cliff...some white sand beach at lower tide is nice.

I prefer cheaper land ...not so close to the cities...but still beach front as described.

I will rather think white sand near DGTE is difficult to get. DGTE Area is Volcanic area so the sand mainly is Grey.

 

Blackline...at my age white looks grey anyway...hehehe
Cool breeze is most important
I live in Maui Hawaii and beautiful beaches abound..with a cool breeze.
but expensive here and so hard to retire well.
I am a doctor and i have a clinic...but still am not rich by US standards..too many divorces and too big of a heart..hehehe Michael
