⌛ Robinson Mall in Dumaguete - Facts April 10 - 15:00

^So when will be the meeting madam foxy? I'm kinda excited for this meeting, honestly.

the plans are a kind of finalized... but a few days longer kept as foxy and my secret... but keep the 17th in mind and be prepared for some insaults and beers after.. hehe

 

So I guess the environmental impact study results are non existent, right? Guess Yabs was right. He can be my proxy at the meeting.

Well there is always hoping, but don't count on it. If anything it will be a scaled back construction, from what I can imagine from the problems they are having.

 

It definitely won't be like robinsons place ermita echir! the pics you just posted is the newest addition, with tenants geared more towards the AB market. Dumaguete cannot support these tenants. Be ready for your usual type of REGIONAL MALL. You know, for once, you have to be realistic about commercial centers and the target market that they are and will be serving.

it definitely will be much much better than lee plaza dbrain. in the first place, lee plaza is not a mall. the robinsons place dumaguete is considered a regional mall.

 

And Ermita is a super regional mall? I guess Dumaguete can attract these kinds of market given enough time and good management, and if we build a nice terminal airport soon. But you're right, the market right now is small to cater to the AB market, and the best thing would be to just make this mall nice but with inexpensive items.

What I am worried about is the very long time this mall is taking to materialize. Tacloban was never heard when RLC started working on the site here, and now it seems they will be opening ahead. I just want to know about the real issues at hand, and what the management is doing to resolve these things. This can also be detrimental to our image.
