⌛ New Restaurant in Dumaguete - Italia

I am always on the search for new restaurants Dumaguete. I saw close to the boulevard a new Italian restaurant named simply ITALIA.
I went in and the owner Fabrizio welcomed me in the typically italian open way. The restaurant was at the "soft-opening" status, so they had only a small menu (no meat and Pizza dishes at that time). All were reasonably priced and well-sized portions. I had a good soup and some pasta (don't ask me for the original name) and it was really delicious and the house-wine was good. I look forward for the full menu and will write a restaurant report about as soon I checked it out. But for what I can say its worth a visit...
The grand opening is Saturday 10th of May

Italia, is located at Noblefranca Street, next to Garahe.

Walking from the Waterfront Cafe (Mikes Adventurediveshop) direction WhyNot? it is the first street to the right...

another Italian restaurant? Carmine's old location, what happened to him?

There is a korean owned Italian restaurant open also somewhere. Nicki's on Catalina street, the owners are neighbors of the Teach I think.
