elhastie, I would not be too hasty! I would suggest that you do a good deal of research into security.

 

If you have not already, search this forum for related posts, Come here first scout the area, as tubig boy said, takeyour time. Prices range widely. One mans security is another mans prison. so depending on your preferences many options sare available. It rains a lot in Valencia if it makes a difference to you.
