⌛ Boarding house in Dumaguete City

Hello,

I'm looking for a (inexpensive boarding house in the neigborhood of Sint Pauls university. We want a boarding house with a strict land lady and for girls only if possible.

It's for a girl going to St Pauls in June.

Does anyone knows good addresses?
Does anyone knows the environment of Sint Pauls. Is it a save neigborhood ?

I welcome all info about it.

Does anyone know good addresses? I don't know anybody in that area, but as far as I'm concern, there're a lot of good residences in that area. My sister used to teach in that college and is very familiar with the surrounding.

I think so, it is a safe neigborhood. Saint Pauls U is a very reputable school, by the way. If in doubt, you can see it for yourself, do some investigations, etc.

try this:
Fronting Le Many's food outlet. there's a green gate owned by a retired harbor pilot - capt vic with his wife and daughter.
they owned the boarding house adjacent to the main house. they have a curfew for students. I was there on my final years in college. they treat me like one of their own.

 

Whats the expected cost for a lady to live in that boarding house? Single or shared room ? Liek mroe info but can;t get there. Is it convenient for her to trasnsport to Similan Univ >? Other suggestions ?

She needs a single room in the neighborhood of Sint Pauls, not Silliman so she doesn't have to take an easyride to get in Sint Pauls.
About the price, last year we could rent a room (for someone else) for about 500p inclusive water and electra.
