    Last week was the Kabulakan Festival in Dumaguete and like each Festival a colorful Parade rolled through the City.

    The guys around LEE Plaza were lucky ones as they had still some sun. By the time the Parade came to the Boulevard in Dumaguete they had rain-showers. So the dancers where not that enthusiastic anymore. It was still very enjoyable and colorful.

    Next time I better watch the calender. Thanks for sharing.

    We snuck out a couple times to listen to a few bands at the park. We saw the fireworks from our house, as we were running on filipino time and didn't quite get there in time.

    Kabulakan pics

    It was great to be back in Dumaguete...but sadly I stayed only for two days. Was able to watch the festival under rain at the boulevard. I'll be back in July.
