I`ll just cut to the chase...

    Hi Gentle....

Are you an owner of this Internet Provider that is being discussed as being inferior to the needs of people in the Dumaguete area who run businesses online?

    IT Outlook?

That question does not need any more than a yes or no answer....

Thank you in advance for an honest and straightforward answer..

    Paulie

    Gentle,

I was about to write you a mail as I saw that you are/were the owner of that lousy company.

Actually very nice to have you here. You are a good laugh for all readers here and can be sure to win the "Dumagueteinfo award 2008 for outstanding smartness.
You proof with each single post that you are just THE MAN.

That you can't run a company in a professional way is clear anyway for everybody.
That you are not able to use simple search functions is surprising,
but as I am a nice guy and help people who have no clue about internet...

Here is the link to the Long-nose-thread (inclusive picture of the bill)

that you are not able to read is shocking !!!!
My quotes before are from MAY and JUNE 2008 what simply means there is real great improvement...

here again some fractions of it, as I believe you would have a hard time to find the last page with your technical abilities...

    ...Yesterday we DUMPED It-Outlook WIFI.
...I have been using IT-Outlook WIFI as an ISP for almost 2 years and it has gone to the DOGS!!
... and paying for 1meg for the same money It-Outlook was charging for 250k that we were not getting and couldn't keep us online 24/7.

Those posts are on another Philippine board and have nothing to do with the Dane or me or as far as I know with any other DI-member:p Just about how others judging your outstanding service and company:rolleyes:

If you find the posts (not too hard), be smart and don't register with your company email-address and pretending being somebody else... a real character-guy:rolleyes:

and finally I give you a hint which may help you to find out why your nose is longer than mine (like you stated earlier). And never mind if you don't understand the hint, I am sure someone will explain you.

    Your the man ...

    Rhoody

I have no problem with you posting about your griefs, Mr.Dane, but as an Administrator you have a special responsibility when it comes to direct lies and insults. Most people respect the rules of conduct on the internet - you don't.
After all - you are the one saying this is your business (and fortune).

And I think you have managed to make your point through 100's of posts, so I don't quite understand the other question.

    Hi Paulie,
No, I am not the owner, but I have interests in the company, and it is no secret that The Dane has posted my name in his Forum on several occasions already. Nobody can be anonymous in his forums unless he keeps it that way.

It is quite possible that we are running a business that is inferior to the needs of people in the Dumagute area. If we do why have they not already disconnected? We only ask for 30 days at the time, which we think is reasonable since others are asking for 12 months.

    Hi Rhoody,

You could have known from the day I registered here who I am, with my email address. You just probably missed it. I have posted anonymously like many others before, but every time I have tried to answer some of the admin postings I have been blocked which showed that you guys did not want opposition.
Now that you have looked in your server, I expect you will be answering all the questions I have asked you about the lies you have posted in this forum.

    Hi The Dane,

I will answer all your questions, even you skip mine.

    1. Clients paying up front did this because they wanted discount. You did not even tell the company you were running a business in order to get the residential rate, which is of course cheaper. When you wanted to disconnect you were offered a refund for the remaining period. You did not accept.

    2. When you are a foreigner here you often have to pay more than reg. fees. When we found out others were paying half for same service we were promised that our price was going to be reduced too, but they never did. When they found out we wanted to change provider they cut us off. Posting that we did not pay our bills is an outright lie, a story made up by an employee that was fired. We have documents to prove that.
IT Outlook has NEVER used residential lines. This is another lie.

    3. I don't know what you mean. You have posted my name several times already, which should be a warning for anyone trying to do anything in Dumaguete - The Dane is watching you!
Of course - dissatisfied customers may post their complaints and they will - and Frankg should be able to make up his mind based on that, or based on what he can see for himself if he tries out the service first before he decides to subscribe. Several potential clients test (for free) the connection before they subscribe. If his work is internet dependable Frankg should get a fiber backbone connection - anything else will be unstable. Unfortunately a fiber connection can take a year to get and costs much more than in EU or US.

What do you mean you have been blocked because we do not want opposition?

Please let me know what, where and how you were "blocked"

    IT Outlook...

OK, in a nutshell, and very brief without a long speech.

    1. Who has the BEST internet to subscribe to ?

    2. Who has the WORST internet, and not subscribe to ?

Right now you cannot get a good and fast connection in Dumauete area without subscribing to a leased line with high backbone priority. Globe/Innove has aggrevated services which means you are sharing the backbone with others, causing the typical collapse at traffic periods. This also happens with Smart Bro. PLDT has the I-gate network which is proven the fastest and most reliable network in the country. To my knowledge no ISP has been able to get that in Dumaguete yet, but companies like Teletech has I-gate installed, so it is "on its way". Prices will probably be from 50,000 pesos per month or more, depending on your requirement. Until then the highest speed has been seen with Globe DSL (corporate), but not stable enough. Sorry for the speech.
