    Hallo, on the next time, my wife, our baby and I seach an apartment for rent in Dumaguete or in the near.

    Do visit the Classified Section. There was an ad of a furnished house somewhere in or close to :smile: Valencia. That's a nice one if you're a couple with a very young one.

    come to Duma, stay in a Hotel for a few days, rent a bike, drive around and make youre choice.... many great places...
    I stay in a fantastic place when i am in Duma and not traveling around or teaching diving and I am so happy here. maybe not for real Expats as it is a kind of basic but what do I need more... I love Duma and I don't need much more than my (3)bedrooms, some walls around a (almost ) sealed roof and a anexstudio on top.... ooops I forgot the banana Mango and Papaya trees....
    I am not in a subdevision, my E-guitar is louder that the (very seldom) Karaoke of the neighbour and my landlady a Idol....
