Mga Kabayan,
I hope to get help from anyone willing to extend it sa isang kababayan. I am trying to trace my father's family. We only know that he was born in Bais, Negros Oriental and that's about it We have never known any of his relatives, kung meron man so if you can provide me with the address/phone of the local NSO in Bais, I would really appreciate your help. His father's family name is Samoza and his mother's Patrimonio.
