visited dumaguete twice in the last 18 months i would like to fish off the rocks or beach or hire a boat in the dumaguete area or bayawan area i would be gratefull for any tips about wear to fish or wear to hire a boat later on in the year thanks for reading this

 

Fishing in Siaton

Monarch Sands Resort in Siaton rents a good size pump boat with guide. I'm not sure if they can supply the tackle but it seems like a good area for fishing. I'll be going there myself soon. I'll let you know how it works out.
