i am not sure how many truly worthy causes need IT expertise (opinion based on 1 year voluntary work in cambodia), but nice sentiment

 

Will Robinsons also be the property manager anybody know? I would like to get an idea of what kind of rent they would charge for a small shop.

Competition drives any economy. The result is greater choice of goods and services on offer and obviously price. Dumaguete can use more choice!

Most of the comment in opposition I've read is selfish and narrow. I don't beat the drum for development and developers but the addition of Robinson's Place to the stunning assets of the Dumaguete community is an an obvious plus.

I still say an earlier than forecast opening is a likelihood.

Thanks for the assistance Nead. I like that billboard too. From the design it looks like they are really trying to make the mall a special landmark. I even like the aggressive marketing technique "Hurry, limited slots available" Wishfull thinking maybe? time will tell on that one.
