How come Why Not can not put their beers in the cooler a few hours earlier, on my recent trip I always got warm beer in there...

On the other hand Gunther in Casablanca has the beer temperature under control... The beers in Casablanca is nice and cold :-) even stayed there til after midnight there one night to sample as many as possible...

Speaking of beers... The Waterfront Cafe ran out of beer one night we sat in there, Mike has always challenged me to do this, so this trip was the big hit on the Waterfront Cafe outside Mikes Adventure Dive Shop.

All in all a great trip, ate in Casablanca Restaurant 3 nights out of 4, hands down the best place in Dumaguete, quality is super, servings are on the big side and prices are very reasonable...

WWe had lunch in Coco Amigos one afternoon, and the jalapeno soup is still one of the best d*mn soups I ever had, even though it has never seen a jalapeno

Had one meal in Hayahay, oversalted curry, 2 prawn dishes were not what what we ordered and when the waiter was told he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away... Pizza is back up to speed though, a few months back they were using local processed cheese, now they are back on mozerella.

Oh speaking of pizza... The new pizza place on the Boulevard was HORRIBLE, we could taste the fake mozerella the next day after accidentally stopping in there late one night for drunk food...

Day time stuff... Went diving once in Dauin and twice in Apo, awesome and relaxing dives, we kept shallow 10-15 meters on all 3 dives, saw 3 turtles on the Apo dives... Great to be back in the water...

Of course you stayed shallow Dane......... after so many drunken nights where you went deep into the glasses of beer. :D
Was it a real turtle you saw or a hallucination ? (purely kidding  )
In Dauin I see turtles in 95 % of my dives.
Sometimes 4 at one place ! (no....NO HALLUCINATION hahaha)

Some of us come there each week or so, so it's something that CAN happen but normally ....???? NO.
    Surely not my experience.
But they surely DON'T offer the coldest beer in town !!
Many places offer colder beer. And Coyotes is one of them !
Maybe you handled the waitress wrongly the previous time there :D
Jenny, you had that chef cook on November 8th. He/she already left again ?
What did you do to him/her :D

I remember now that we were at your place before 4 PM, so that has been the reason.
But I have problems to have my dinner at your place after 4 PM since it's a long way home for me (and with some beer and with others not having lights on their vehicles  ).
OK, I will PM you (or PM me your celphone no) before I want to eat my lunch next time to check Ceasar's capabilities.
Maybe I bring my camera as well :D

    Hi Kinhason2

To be honest.I'd never heard of it, but a quick search of google told me it was a cocktail, a more in depth search told me there were loads of different ways to make it.

Some of the ingredients are almost impossible to get here (lime's and lemons) so it'd be a viarient using calamancy. but in the end, it'd be up to your wife how she wanted it made.

We sell other cocktails all at much cheaper than most other places.
