    how much is a square meter of land in valencia? does anyone have an idea? thanks a lot.

    You will have to be a little more specific. I can show you land at P25 per square meter (PSM), or prime land at P2000 PSM. I can show you farmland, veiw lots, river frontage, subdivision lots, and basic residential lots priced in between those ranges.

    Yup, a little bit of everything in Valencia.

    The trick is to find a lot on a road they're planning on concreting.
