    DG & Coyotes,
Thank you very much! I will search online to see if they have branch near me here in Idaho. I had no idea about the extra atm cards...outstanding idea!! Be little nerve racking to carry that much cash on my body tho'. Last time I went thru airport security at Dumaguete, and went to make a call, my cell phone had vanished from my pocket!! No idea how, when, or where either?! Hmmm that is great advice about paying in stages, Coyote! That is exactly what we'll do! Back to work for this lazy gorbana, enjoy!!

Do you have a significant number of Philippino-americans in Colorado? Where we live there is quite a number and PNB actually has a small branch office here. Even if you don't you should be able to find their stateside website and perhaps get an online account. I use them for some money transfers but as mentioned already it is pretty slow but for me never more than a week and that is using a bank to bank transfer which has its advantages. Go to PNB Remittance Centers, Inc. they have a branch locator, there is nothing in Colorado but there maybe something you may consider nearby. At least you can still use the online services.

    Pedro,
Thank you, and I was able to search their branch locator, and nearest to me is Nevada (I'm in Idaho). In my area here we don't have too many Philams yet. But this is great advice! Appreciate it too, Pedro! How do you like Florida? Friends tell me that the climate is similar to the Philippines and if that's true then I know I would love it! Take care and God bless,

Florida became my love when as an eight year old I visited a relative here and discoved that it was possible to find a place that was not covered in snow in February. A beach is never more than 60 miles away and even on cool days they are still enjoyable to walk on. I find it to be extemely like the PI and asawa ko has never complained. Some homes here still do not have aircon or central heat and air but that is for people tougher than I. In our city we have whole strip malls with Pinoy stores and shops and there are several Philippine-american organizations. We have even met a couple who like my asawa is from Dumaguete. Sometimes it is a small world.
