Just wonder where are you girls and guys going in the evening.

I don't mean the older generation who has to go home when the night comes. What are the places next to Hayahay, Why Not, El Camino to meet some DI members?
That question goes also to the Dumaguetenios on this forum ?

I'm pretty sure many here are of the older generation.

I haven't been here long enough to establish a regular hangout myself.

Let's see....aside from the bars you mentioned, that leaves only, Barefoot (next to El Camino), Gimmick (Claytown, Daro), Likha (new bar in town), and Escano Beach (not really a bar....FAR from it actually, but it's where most people around my age and younger hang out on weekends...or weekdays actually:D ).

    Church, we go to church!

Since our church holds its services in Cafe Antonio's building, I'm telling the truth.

    PS

Cafe Antonio serves a great cup of Barako coffee!

It's a new bar inside South Seas Resort. I was planning to post some pics here but I guess I was just too busy the past weeks. Anyway, they have a nice selection of your basic imported beers and the owner is really into vodka (he makes 2 kinds of homemade vodka). Appetizers are good for Dumaguete standards and local drinks are priced reasonably (last time I went there, I think San Mig Light was 49php). The bar looks good and refreshingly different from other bars here. I was also told that the owner used to work at a Ritz Carlton Hotel. Overall, it's a good addition to Dumaguete.

I am off to Siquijor but will check it out when back, sounds like a fun place for a cold on or two. The name just got my attention as one of my students name a couple of weeks ago is Lyka, also very refreshing... hehe
