Can anyone recommend a good ladies' hairdresser in downtown Dumaguete, possibly with address and phone number and why is it recommended?
It would be perfect if it combines also massage and manicure/pedicure.
By the way, why hairdressers are still using razor blades held by hand to shave superflous hair by the neckline rather then a proper razor? It worries me in case they bleed you and the blade is not new!!

    Hello Jack

My wife uses Davids Salon (its a reputable chain) here in the Philippines. Price is reasonable and they provide all services including dermatology. It is one block inland from the Blvd.I myself use Tavern Barberia slightly more expensive 70p but a western stl\yle shop and the also use open razors but a neww one each time
    Cheers Dave

My wife likes to use Felys Beauty shop 2nd floor building 4 in the public market because they are locals and have been in business a long time. They do men and women's haircuts, manicures and pedicures and the shop next door is a reflexoligist for a different kind of message.
