Sunfish - Mola Mola In Apo

    For those who are diving here at the moment, you may wanna go to Apo Island this days.
    The last view days were repeated sightnings of a Mola Mola, or Sunfish.

    The Ocean sunfish is known as the heaviest bony fish with a average weight of 1,000 KG.

    It looks like a huge fishhead with tail and fins...

    Th picture is not the sunfish of Apo, I just use it to explain it better for non-divers.

    d*mn it:eek:, the mola mola is #1 on my list of "would love to see"!!! Please keep him there for another 10 days...it would make my entire vacation.

    Also, I've read about the floodings...I hope nobody got hurt or too much property was destroyed.

    is that mola mola?

    hi... everybody,
    i had already a lot of dives, but i don't saw mola mola fish...
    how big is that?...
    it seems so big or what? its all head of the fish....
    just a bit fins and tail... all the rest is big.... head:eek:

    thats why the Mola Mola is so rare in the Philippines as all Locals love fishhead...:p

    but it seems all head no meat at all... only fins and tail... all bones... walang meat... but its masarap for sinigang i think.. he he he..,
