⌛ Online Source to Unlock T-Mobile Razr Phones?

Good morning! Rick has two T-Mobile Razr phones that we'd like to unlock. These phones are no longer "active" but are fully charged. We tried one place online but have been told that this particular place cannot find the code (and is refunding our money) and said something about T-Mobile phones tending to be a bit more challenging to unlock (don't know how accurate that really is, frankly).

Does anyone have an online source they would recommend? We don't mind paying a little for this, of course, but don't want to spend a fortune.

Problem solved! In case anyone needs this info for future reference, the person calling to request the unlock must be a CURRENT T-mobile account holder, and they just provide the IMEI number(s) of the phone(s). We let them know that we are donating these phones, and they were happy to help us due to the circumstances of our request. No charge!!
