My guess would be they will have to reschedule their expected opening date of November of this year to somewhere early next year. I think the work pace is going according to plan but 5 months from now is simply too soon for a good opening.

I've been inside the compound a couple of times this year. Man that thing is huge! Well at least for Dumaguete standards that is. The 3 movie houses are cleverly planned to be placed at the rear (east side) where late night moviegoers can exit conveniently into an Al Fresco Food and Drinks area in-front of the open air parking.

Internally, they also made some radical changes specifically as to the location of the escalators. The front facade now has some metal braces of some sort - my guess more for structural rather than final aesthetics as some excitedly expect.

Still a long way my friends but surely getting there
