    hehe right, on thursday 11 june a fellow called me about my motorcycle that is for sale. He decided to buy it so I was sitting there in the eveneing and thinking....hmmm Vegard my brother is going to php on saturday 20 (today) and my other brother is going down 3 weeks from now. My best friend is going to Vietnam withanother couple that I know and where she is from Vung Tau in Vietnam. And I was thinking...hmm 3 months out of surgery and should not travel but I can check prices..so I checked first availeble seats..and found out that I could travel with them to Vietnam on same planes but could not go back on same flight so I thought...hmmm my brothers are just in the neightbourhood so why not vivit them? So I did and the price for it comes to about $2000! So wednesday I bought the tickets and today I am now sitting in an aircon room in Vung Tau an writing this hehe

    Well I am here now and it seems that coco is the main hangout well that is where my brothers usualy go with their friend Tom. Now days there is a bunch of us Norwegians there.

    I am now living in Palwa hotell (Room 208) where the price is quite good at P980 a night.
    I will be leaving on suday to stay the last night at my brother Vegards place in Sibuland before I take the early flight from DGT to manila and then I have to wait 12 hours til my Signapore airlines flight leaves....long journey home but it will be good to get home after 28 days away.

    Sandnes? You say that you are from Sandnes? I'll bet there are not too many people in Dumaguete who have the faintest idea of where that is.

    I do. About a dozen years (actually 14) years back, I spent three very pleasant weeks attending a Norwegian Army course near there. I visited Sandnes several ties. The people there were most welcoming. I felt very much at home.

    Paalao, may your stay in our home here in Dumaguete be as pleasant as mine was in yours in Sandnes!
