⌛ Looking for an administrative job (clerical works) in Dgte. City

Want to work again in Dumaguete City. I'm currently working in Cebu as a Technical support rep. for more than a year now with Convergys. Who is familiar with the new Robinsons opening in Dgte. Business Park? I live near the place, where can I inquire for job hiring.

 

Per information that I gathered, Convergys should be opening here soon. Also, ePLDT Ventus is aggressively hiring more CSRs. Yeah, Robinsons still has some opening for officer position...

 

Well, I actually asked our admin. officers in Convergys if they will expand in Dumaguete but it is still under negotiation and they are planning to have it also in CDO... so no clear plans yet. About Ventus, how much do you think will they be offering for CSRs?

 

I don't know if this is the right avenue to post such queries. You can perhaps e-mail these companies directly so you will get the right answers.

I read and followed the thread of your post. I worked for Converys- Cebu as TSR ( TWC ). Recently resigned and found a new job here as a Travel Consultant. There's no place like home! It was good to live and work in Cebu for a year or so but I am HAPPY to be home. Nothing beats when you are living and working in your own hometown. Anyway, about the opening of new Robinson's Dgte, I heard there's a local employment agency here located within Piapi ( going to Amigo Subd. ) who are encharged with the hiring of people for Robinsons Mall. I read it somewhere too. I've heard rumors that CVG is opening here in Dgte but I think it is still uncertain coz CVG already have a site built in Bacolod ( which happens to be in the same island ) Ventus? Yep, they are officially launched their site here. They said it will be in hypermart area, Bagacay. They recently had a job fair and my friend got hired but then the start of the training will still be in september. I heard they are still hiring so maybe you wanna try.

Hi to everyone. I'm Stella from Bohol. Months from now, I decided to visit Dumaguete known as the City of gentle people. I have no friend living in Dumaguete even one.

Recently, I posted my resume in some sites to fine job. Fortunately, a company from Dumaguete replied. The TELETECH. In the mail sent to me, it stated there that I am very much welcome to visit the office for an interview. I was verry happy reading the mail. I received three mails.

But for this time, I have no money yet. Still looking for money in going Dumaguete and staying the place for few days.
I can work in some place nearer than Dumaguete, but I rather choose Dumaguete because I always hear good things about it.

For now, I keep searching how can I reach that place and who will be my companion their. While waiting for financial support, I keep thinking and never stop believing that I can visit Dumaguete...

thanks a bunch... you're definitely correct that no place beats your own hometown... dgte. is way better than cebu.. every now and then, i'll be goin' back to dgte. to get new updates... I definitely know what to do with my life... (^^,)
