⌛ Happy Birthday - the Dane

The Big Boy of Dumagueteinfo.com celebrates his 24th Birthday (I think for the 13th time now...).

As I can't be up in AC to celebrate with you, I just took a shower and get ready to get horribly drunk. I will squeeze in a SML at Midnight for you :-)

As a exciting little Birthday Present, the latest issue of the Lonely Planet - Philippines arrived today at NBS in Dumaguete.

The 10th edition of the Lonely Planet - Philippines mentions only one website for Negros Oriental and Dumaguete :

Hardy congratulations on the "Lonely Planet - Philippines" comment to you Rhoody, and all the Duma Info staff, but most especially to the Dane!!

It didn't seem that long ago when i came upon this site and saw multiple threads but only one contributer...The Dane....Nice job in growing this great site, and sticking with it through all the brownouts, internet problems,etc...then turning it over to a very capable and humourous moderator!... and now it's getting internationally recognized!! :D:D

It's turned into a useful site and has really helped in gathering information about the area to further enjoy my family's visits to Negros.

What date is the dane's birthday? I am celebrating my birthday today also. August 8. So...............happy birthday to you and to me

 

You can even lookup Rhoodys drinking schedule. Can't get much better for up to date information than that.

Oh, and happy birthday to the Dane. Rhoody has lots of scandalous pictures as always from last night.

 

One other thing. I decided to try putting the claim of "up to date information" about Dumaguete to the test. I opened Rhoody's profile and then clicked on the "friends" tab and found this useful tidbit.

"Rhoody has not made any friends yet"

Yep, I would say that's very accurate. The Dane doesn't count because he doesn't actually live in Dumaguete.

Happy Birthday Dane. Dane, I was concerned for your welfare for a moment....when I was reading the post by Roody and he was talking about taking a shower, I was concerned it was going to ttake another direction, but thank God that didn't occur. A dive buddy is one thing, but dang. Oh, and dude, that was funny when you did the friends list for Roody...lol. Okay, speaking of showers, I need to start the day...and no Dane, I'm not going to think of you while I shower.
