⌛ Getting along well

One key to getting along well with people is knowing when to say you're sorry.Sometimes little comments or actions can hurt or offend others.Heavy workloads and stress may keep us from seeing how our actions make others feel.The little things can add up.It doesn't take long for someone to hold a grudge and for grudges to grow into conflicts.In most cases,if someone is offended by something you do or say,it's much better to apologize right away! That solves the small problem and keeps it from getting bigger.


It's hard to apologize.Many of us are ashmed or have too muchpride.Sometimes we just don't know how to do it!!!

It is always

Best to speek softly and sweetly because there will be times when we may have to EAT our words.

 

Sorry is a lonely word that does not roll out easily from some people's tongue. But sorry can only go so far and unless reciprocated by acceptance and forgiveness, only falls on deaf ear, so to speak.

Our capacity to forgive is much less that our ability to say we're sorry. It takes more than pride to forgive. It takes compassion and virtue to take the hand of one's enemy, look them in the eye and forgive without reservation. I am always reminded by a quote when I'm debating with myself whether to forgive or not, which goes.

"The worst thing you can do to your enemy is to forgive them, it drives them crazy."

Personally, I don't get upset very easily and I forgive even faster. I figure If I let my enemy bothers me then everthing else I do thereafter is not worth a single penny because they've won already.

Side Note: Hey Grandpainak - Do you know Private Citizen Palin? Wasilla I heard is a small town and everybody knows everybody?

Sorry maybe the hardest word for some people to say but it gives the feeling of relief if you can..especially if it really comes from the bottom of your heart.

 

sorry meant so well if no excuses will be said. Thats what i learned after having a man in my life. When i was young, i will say sorrybut, i will followed by , because this and that...ect:o now, with my love , just sorry nothing should be followed or else i am not sorry at all but looking for another turn around:D
