⌛ 1st time poster

Hello just joined, I live in CANADA an will be visiting Dumaguete sometime in Nov/Dec 09,hopefully to eventually semi-retire there at least part of the year,I'm curious about direct flights to and fro Dumaguete as I want to visit as many places as possible this time, and not just hang around Cebu, Haven't heard anything about that poor aussie fella that was shot in July.Hope that was an extremely rare event

As for how safe places are.....my advice is don't do anything different to back home and be aware that as westerner more eyes are on you. If you draw attention to yourself you will usually find it. Just go with the flow and show respect, you get it back. Have a enjoyable trip.

Philippine airlines and Cebu Pacific have both 2 flights daily between Manila and Dumaguete and Cebu Pacific has also some flights between Dumaguete and Cebu.
