I have noticed a large, blue drill rig opperating for the past few months. This alone is quite something because it is a Real motor driven drill rig,not a bamboo, manual powered one. It is in San Miguel, which is south of Bacong, on the east side of the national highway and only about 10 meters away from the road. Anyone know what's going on ??

Probably water, if it's blue, NOWASA is short of deep wells with potable water. Expect your water bills to increase soon then....:D
Probably a good idea to start collecting rainwater from one's roof for washing clothes, there's enough around at the moment!

Could this be part of the "exploration drilling" for natural resources, soil sampling, etc.. they were talking about sometime in the beginning of the year? Imagine if they find oil in Duma, you'll all be millionaires (or at least some of you), forget about hidden treasures.
