...goodness ! He still have a swollen ear and brushes from the fight and all you thinking is the next fight ? give the "Man" a break and give him credit , that for a few hours he made the whole country crazily happy and some people died of over joy. The timing of his winning was more done enough that the country could ask for , after the suffering and hopelessness. Cheer!

The fight was great, but most of all I really enjoyed the adverts, the sheer volume was just completely overwhelming! (3 minute rounds, 15 minute adverts, just a perfect combination). Oh and yes, I am a cheap bar-steward, pay per view? why? - No adverts for Whisper(with wings), Colt 45 for real men, Sting (whatever that is, probably another attempt by Pepsi to turn us into diabetics) etc etc.:D

    Mannys head inflated ?

Biker dave . Come on buddy . First of all , I dont believe Mannys head is inflated . He is a very good person . Never talks bad about his opponent , either before or after his fights . I think he does pretty good for a man that has accomplished so much . Also given his wealth ( probably soon to be close to 100 million , thats usd not pesos ) I think he keeps everything very much in check . Give him a break biker . ........Carl

He retired after the Hutton fight in 2007, if i'm not mistaken, then came back in August 2009 to fight Marquez, supposed to be a tune-up fight. I guess he was testing the water to see if he still has it, so to speak, but it was a dull fight, he dominated Marquez right from the beginning. If promoters throw enough money in front of him then maybe hell fight Manny. I guess, strictly speaking, you're right, he unretired for that fight. Whether he is still unretired, only he knows.
