⌛ What's the status of the Pier?

So what's up at the Pier nowadays. I was there in february this year, which was right in the middle of the cleaning of the pillars. The viz at the time was not very good, but there were still plenty of fishes and coralls around. I've then read about the continued work and that they extended the plans for cleaning and re-enforcing the pillars.

Are they done now and is there anything left to see at the site? When do you think it'll be back to what it was?

Unfortunately that site will never be the same! Not until 2020 anyhow

But seriously, what have they done. Have they cleaned and re-enforced all the pillars all the way from top to bottom or what?
