Please tell us exactly, in Philippines, what is "under age", as defined by national statute law?
I take it you mean statutory rape?

Without putting to fine a point on this subject, your last statement is exactly the reason why so much incest goes unreported in this country, well that and fear of being murdered if they report this most heinous type of crime against women.

 

The Webmaster change my post. This post was a warning about a certain underage girl who has a sexually transmitted disease and always at a certain disco in town.

The Webmaster don't like me to mention name and specific so I won't. But I thought other guy should be warned.

But regarding underage girl means under 18, it doesn't matter if you never touch her or if she told you she's 18 or over. If she is really underage and you are in the same room with her alone then you can be arrested.

 

It appeals to my warped sense of humour that a foreigner stupid enough to have sex with an underage girl gets a dose of the clap or worse as a bonus. And if they get locked us as well.....good one.
