⌛ cell phone help

I will be arriving in Dumaguete on Feb.10th and I will need to buy a cell phone. Can anyone recommend where I could buy a phone and which make and model would be easy to use? Thanks in advance.

 

Cell phone shops are right after pedicabs as the easiest things to be found in Dumaguete. I would just get a reconditioned Nokia for 500 pesos. Decent phone and pretty much the cheapest you can find. The keypad numbers on the reconditioned phones wear away pretty quickly but I have the locations programmed in my fingers. If you are going to be living here then you may want to get a better phone. Personally, the only feature I look for is small, I hate carrying around bricks.
