First off let me welcome you to the D.I. chat board.

I am confused by your request for an agent with good "refute" = "denial" skills? The way I read it you are looking for a good liar for an agent. Some how I do not think that is what you were trying to say. I think you were trying to say that you were looking for a foreigner with a good reputation.
Please do not get me wrong, I am not trying to put you down. I run into mistakes like this all the time in my marriage. I am only fluent in english where, wife, is fluent in three or four languages.

    Jim

    From my Dictionary,

    refute |riˈfyoōt|
    verb [ trans. ]
prove (a statement or theory) to be wrong or false; disprove : these claims have not been convincingly refuted.
    • prove that (someone) is wrong.
    • deny or contradict (a statement or accusation) : a spokesman totally refuted the allegation of bias.
    DERIVATIVES
    refutable adjective
    refutal |-ˈfyoōtl| noun ( rare)
    refutation |ˌrefyoŏˈtā sh ən| noun
    refuter noun
ORIGIN mid 16th cent. : from Latin refutare ‘repel, rebut.’
USAGE Refute and repudiate are sometimes confused. Refute means ‘prove (something or someone) to be false or erroneous’: : attempts to refute Einstein’s theory. Repudiate means ‘reject as baseless, or refuse to acknowledge’: : scholars who repudiate the story of Noah's Ark. One could repudiate by silently turning one’s back; to refute would require disproving by argument. In the second half of the 20th century, a more general sense of refute developed from the core one, meaning simply ‘deny’: : I absolutely refute the charges made against me. Traditionalists object to the second use on the grounds that it is an unacceptable degradation of the language, but it is now widely accepted in standard English.
