⌛ 13(a) Quota Visa- a Hassle Free Permanent Visa

It's very welcome to have a forum member who has followed a seminar, is BI accredited, studied. But if that same new forum member makes the statement above I have a big problem with that member.
Shadow is a very valued member and always gives good and sound advises.
I would like we all were so factual correct as Shadow is in his many postings/answers to questions.
If a new member says such a thing then at least he/she should have checked all (at least MANY) of his postings to know better.
Sorry guy/girl....you may know a lot but this is not a way to make impression.
He IS a foreigner, so what ?
Does that mean he can not know the details better than a non-foreigner
But I do heartily congratulate you with you birthday today.

Have to agree to Jellyfish "I had a seminar and know everything" without giving any source is simply a joke... and a bad one on top.

I have been reading the Dumaguete Forum for over two years now and for information I would trust, Shadow is the best source. No question, hands down over winner over any other supposedly trained, informed, educated person posting in DI. Not only on subjects that require research like the 13A visa question but on things that require logical, common sense thinking, I go with Shadow, every time.
