well, but no picture of ENRO-Office, I only got one of the Enro Boss if it helps:

 

ENRO office here in Dumaguete is just at the City hall..
from the main door of city hall facing it,its in second room to the right ..
its also written the office name on the door...
and for sure when you already at the city hall some officer can tell you where is ENRO office is,,,,
