    im going to dumaguete in april and wanted to go to school.
    i want to take RAC (Refrigeration and Air conditioning)
    what schools in dumagete if any teach this?
    also what are some things i need from the states to go to school in dumaguete?

    i think RAC is offered in Negros Oriental State University.. Might want to call them for details and requirements. its the cheapest university here in the city.
