Thanks for the many "welcomes".....sorry, guys, but right now the tiny ice chest I bought today won't accommodate any SMB's at the moment :(....later, perhaps! Rhoody, I saw you all over the place today, but you were wearing different clothes each time!! And, sometimes you had hair, and other times you didn't, oh, and you have a slew of lady friends!!! Thought they were just all different men, until you mentioned you were a big guy wearing a cap....they ALL had to be YOU!!!:D:D Yeah, Dave, you can send them crabs home for now!! Man, the rooms in this hotel are crazy small and the bed that the three of us has to share is ridiculous!! We sleep side by side going down the length of the bed with our feet hanging off....I did NOT get any sleep last night!! Can't wait for another night like that, tonight!! Let's talk about a roll of toilet paper for a minute....the "roll" is about half the number of sheets a normal roll of toilet paper has....HELLOOOOO....two women here.......!!! Ohhhhhhh.....and my husband just shrieked; apparently there is a cute little mouse sharing the room with us!! I hope he is chipping in on the price and pays us for any of our goodies he eats:p!! Now my 11 year old daughter is afraid to get off the bed and walk to the bathroom (I can NOT carry her!!). We check out of here tomorrow and check into the townhouse we will call home for the next couple of months.....will be roughing it until our stuff arrives in a week and a half or so. We bought air mattresses to sleep on, and ice chest, a single electric burner, a fan.......basic stuff. We won't have internet or cable until we get those arranged......gonna be interesting!!!

 

The Mouse is just an Employee hired to take care of the Roachs.. Treat Him like Family and thank The Lord it's not a Rat the size of a Cat....

That is probably true!! I didn't see him, but I left some food out for the poor little guy (since it seems we are the only guests I figure it is pretty slim pickin's right now) but he didn't partake (maybe he doesn't like salt and vinegar chips?)!! Oh well, the giant ants loved them, anyway!!:D:D

 

hmmm how much is that room in Demonteverde Hotel?,,,I'm seen a 2000+ room in hotel nicanor bigger and comfortable. You could try to drop by and have a look.

i finally got some air fares to DUM and will be doing some 12 ounce curls with yoou guys shortly.... first night @ NICANOR and then not sure from there--an old friend is now @ the tip top tower so maybe there for awhile or cocogrande and then to the beach resorts---can't wait to do it in person

yes, and only very rarely "engine problems" occur, if not enough passengers from Tagbilaran to Dumaguete.
