Hi All I have to move a couple of vehicles down to Dumaguete from Pampanga. Has anyone done this already and know what they will ask for in the Dumaguete LTO in terms of paperwork, police clearances, etc? Thanks
Your LTO-registration needs only to be transferred upon expiration of your actual registration. Before getting to LTO you must pass a smoketest. Most smoke-teststations will get your new LTO-papers. You must also renew your insurancepapers by that time. Just ask the people of the smoke-teststation if they will arrange all the paperwork, if not look for another station, if yes give them a small tip(upon receiving all your papers)
