Why Many Western men choose to build a relationship with a Filipina girl. Some even choose to marry a Filipina. But what makes Filipino women so wanted? These are some thoughts I have collected over the years. What would you add to the list?

Since birth Filipinas are raised in a special sense of honor called Delikadesa (or Delicadeza). Delicadeza is a Spanish term which when translated in English means daintiness. It is Delikadesa what gives Filipino women such admirable qualities and distinguish them from Western ladies. 3. Filipinas are understanding, patient and composed.

They are understanding as long as you agree with them. They are patient as long as you follow them. They are composed if you don't question their motives or actions.

Honor so towards the family that they lie, cheat and steal to support their families even if their families don't support them. It is sad the guilt some parents put on their children.

They put family first before everything. This can be good but often it turns bad... And Rhoody's comments are VERY true!

Like I always say: Give a Filipino in-law a fish and they will eat for a day. Teach a Filipino in-law to fish and they will ask you to buy them a boat.

This is true. When they leave you they will want to keep the house.

Some are very well educated. Most, however, are well educated through the 7th grade or so and then working to support their families. Can't even make a joke about this one as it is very sad. The Philippines will never progress far untill they get the education system under control.

Filipinos are so religious they told the Pope when he visited that he doesn't know how to be a real Catholic and they continue to beat themselves on Easter and nails themselves to the cross. Also idol worship of Mother Mary is paramount to even prayer to Jesus... Yes, they are religious, just no clue what religion they all follow!

I think they aren't Roman Catholics - they are all Roamin' Catholics!
