    Could someone inform me how I can replace a land title damaged by flood?
    Is there a way to get an authentic land title?
    Which office should I go to? How much is the fee?

    Where is the land located? Since this is an election year, title transfers and land surveys are free! We went to Bayawan to get everything done (no fees at all!), but it will depend on where the property is.
