Well Riche, as you for sure know, the Facebook - Page is a enthusiastic "Fan-Project" and not really something officially related to Robinsons.

I assume from the same "Fans" who made all the wishful-thinking entries at wikipedia or those who see already SM here.

Anyway, for the OP, the real way would be:

Go to Robinsons Malls there is a tab "Lease Inquiry" where you can fill in all you want.

You also can contact them via the Feedback-button or call the headquarter : +63.2.397.1888

    cheers

If you google Robinsons Place, then go to Dumaguete location there should be something there.

You can also inquire from Naddie Orillana or Dok Timbancaya. (035) 421-1694 or 09209830680.

Going to Robinsonsmalls.com is the direct way of inquiring for lease spaces. They have a form that you can fill up indicating your intended business plus some particulars.

The new Facebook page of Robinsons Place Dumaguete is maintained by people directly connected with Robinsons mall here. I know 2 of them who started it are working with Robinsons Place Dumaguete Communications department, and this is an experimental page I guess which other Robinsons malls might follow.

The Facebook page I provided is the "official" page, unlike the first Robinsons Dumaguete fan page which was started by enthusiasts. It is now inactive by the way.

Their office, by the way, is located at the second level near the Foodcourt, if you get inside the alley way leading to the CR there. There's a door at the end of the alley way between the CR and "Booksale" that leads to the office. Just ask the guard .

    that's exactly what I said ... a fan-page..

the same like DI has nothing to do with any official thingy in Dumaguete, even the DI Team works together with officials here and gets info from them

    cheers

    Rhoody

    Added Information:

Just for fun, I could not resist and called the head-office which confirmed that it is nothing official, just fans doing free promo. Of course they appreciate it like Dumaguete City appreciates our work here :-)

Leasing in Robinson? You won't find any website for them. 90% of Businesses in Philippines dont have a web site. You need to hire a private detective to find anyone's contact details. Anyway if you are not situated in Dumaguete then you got a problem. If you are you can go to the management office on the second level. I dont have their phone number but the rental rate is 500-700 peso per square meter per month. I personally dont know how any shops other than food shops survive in there right now. I believe there was a big hand bag shop went bust recently. Dumaguete is over supplied on every front, I hope you can re-invent the wheel. Good luck. :D

Food shops pay no fixed lease, they pay percent from their sales.

I also do not think that Dumaguete has an oversupply in anyway, there is just no buying-potential.

35,000 poor Students and a lot of Expats living on very small retirement money ain't create income. As won't selling cheap chines-crap with a "brand-label" way overpriced in another shoe and handbag shop...

An almost empty Robinsons until schools-out or on weekends proofs that pretty clear. And than the Mall turns into a nice aircon-environment for those 35K mentioned above.

That there is a small group of Kids in Dumaguete which celebrates each miss-printed flier about new business like the victory of the Soccer World Cup won't change that.

Decent quality AND service can workout fine, but they don't need to be in Robinsons as Duma is so small that buyers have no problem to go anywhere in a short time.

In general, I like the Mall, the Supermarket has some stuff I don't get anywhere else in Dumaguete, Mooons is ok, movie-theater much better than we had here before, my little family loves the window-shopping and I like the girls in uniform. So all in all a step in the right direction for me  .
