⌛ Looking for a 5k house within Dumaguete

I need a house which is more on the 3k-5k range monthly. Decent looking in a friendly neighborhood. Appreciate it if you can give me contact nums pls. Thanks!

 

Hi there - How about just outside the city? In Maslog, adjacent to the Airport Area there are a lot of houses available at the Villarosa Subdivision and even at the new housing project next to it, ESTANCIA. There you can have a whole house for even 2-3thousand pesos, and some are fenced and really decent houses. These houses are mostly owned from people who are working abroad, so they left their homes empty.

Most of the houses there are 2 bedrooms. Some have 3.

Maslog is just near the city. About 10-15 minute- drive.

 

Size of the house: 5 X 7 m, lot size: 70 m2

 

ja, that is right - ideal for students-away-from-home

 

Lot area 70sq m but house floor area is around 5.5 x 9 m = around 50sqm

 

35 m2 or a little bit more within the 70 m2 total lot area is still able to house a family of 6 (that is the parents, 3 kids, and 1 helper). For a normal Filipino family it is enough; not for a foreigner who will just consider this total space as a storage room).

I tell every one I am 62 years YOUNG, and you know we foreigners have to have this size of house for the Rubbish we all collect, When Cory comes here to Spain she spends at least a week throwing all my Hoarded stuff away. Who knows what all this could have been worth in the Antiques fairs.
