    Hi all.
Lately I have been thinking about a healthier diet. Ya I love the burgers, pizza, nacho's etc. etc. but as there is so much more available compared to just a few years ago.

Would you like to post your favorite, available Good For ya foods?

Home made salads, chili, split pea soup. Brown rice instead of white rice. Fruit, fruit, fruit!
Tired of fruit? Run fruit through a juicer!

Ya, the brown rice, lot's of fruit, good soups, salads and I have been cooking up pinto beans lately. The mayo, french fries, hollandaise sauce (made with mostly butter) is delicious, but maby only good for the taste buds. Haa

Beef tenderloin ( Fil'e Mignon ) from Brazil better than US beef, available at MKKS in Dumaguete...located across the street from City Hardware. Norweigian fresh frozen salmon available at Robinson's....... Healthy or not but very very good.
