⌛ Dumaguete New Housing?

HI.. Not having yet to be able to travel... I'm just curious if there are newly built Subdivisions/homes for sale... pref. close to the beach and breezy. And if possible price ranges? thanks,

A subdivision at the beach .....there is only one as far as I know: ApoVista in Maluay, Zamboanguita (24 km south of Dumaguete).
But there are a lot of subdivisions in and near to Dumaguete, only not at the sea side.
You can look on the fontpage of 'Dumaguete info' and go to Dumaguete City - Negros Oriental - Apo Island - Siquijor - Philippines - Dumaguete
There you find a.o. 'Lotiff Construction' and all the subdivisions they are building. One of it is Apo Vista (my place ! )

I think Jelly is right...Apo Vista is the only beach subdivision that I can think of. Just to note...you can buy a lot there and build a house but I don't think you have any house and lot packages there....unless Jelly will sell you his house!

 

In principle you are right DG, but there is a house for sale from someone who wants to buy another lot from us.
We kept 4 lots for ourself: 1 with our bungalow which we have rented out, 1 with our existing but temporary house, 1 where we will build a new house and 1 part of that last lot we will sell to those who are prepared to sell there house now. Their reason to sell and build again: nearer to the beach and still our neighbours

Mike, I am also from Carlsbad CA. I am having a house build here in Bacong, similar in size to my former Carlsbad house (Pavona-Aviara), very good quality, much larger lot, for 1/4 the cost of my former home, although there are certainly less expensive alternatives. Good luck.
