Not sure if the one we had 2 times the last 10 days was called a "de Luxe" but is was a nice aircon bus from Ceres, leaving Dumaguete at 08:20 AM.
The cost per person is 190 Php. It took in total between 5 and 5,5 hours from Dumaguete till arrival at the south terminal in Cebu.
The boat ferry from Amlan/St Jose to Bato takes about 40 minutes one way.

Thanks, the 10:10 "deluxe" is the only one posted on their board as deluxe, I will update when I return.

Just a side note: If you take the fast ferry in Sibulan to Liloan port, there is a waiting Ceres aircon bus to Cebu City...takes 3 hours from there. If you time it right, you can shave an hour and a half or more off your trip to Cebu City.

And another side note, The Mayo ferry between Tampi and Bato cost 70 pesos/ person.
If you go to Sibulan you can take a fastferry (63 pesos) on the hour or a pumpboat (47 p) on the half hour and the Ceres between Bato and Cebu cost 157 pesos.
If you ride the fastferry there is a Ceres right upon arrival in Bato, if you ride the pumpboat, you still have to walk (or ride pedicab) 500 m to the Ceresterminal.

Apparently the 10:10am "Deluxe" is a new schedule and bus, I am hoping it is non-stop other then the ferry crossing. Given the am time, perhaps eggs benedict and cappocinos will be served during the foot massge. lol
